HELSINKI, August 9 (Xinhua) -- A total of 17 Chinese athletes out of 34 competing in the 10th world athletics championships here have received drug tests, Yu Weili, team manager of the Chinese national team, said here on Tuesday.

　　Among the tested, 10 have received blood tests, including three men's 50km walkers, Han Yucheng, Xing Shucai and Zhao Chengliang, who just arrived at Helsinki.

　　"Every one of the nine Chinese walkers, plus Olympic champion Xing Huina and Liu Xiang, have been blood tested," Yu said.

　　He said that athletes from all the other countries and regions were also treated the same way. "Helsinki has seen the most strict doping control in the athletics worlds history," he said.
