Cantonese among others
(China Daily) Updated:2004-07-06 11:55

This post is simply for fun, with least intention to offend or insult sb.

When a bunch of Chinese are dinning out at a restaurant, it must be a Cantonese who first asks the waiter to serve the tea, then flushs the bowl and chopstick with tea water in an ease manner, and asks the waiter to serve the tea again as soon as he/she pours the used water into a tray.

When they are taking the order of courses, it must be a Cantonese who stands up solemnly, follows the waiter to the place where livestocks are kept, then picks up one after investigation and leaves a significant mark on it in lest he be overcharged.

When the dishes are served, it must be a Cantonese who first tries the awful fried scorpion, then in response frowns at its imperfect taste and continues boosting he/she has eaten some far more tasty scorpion in an unknown county.
